The following Terms and Conditions must be agreed to in order to participate in the HENTAIGALAXY Partner Program. All Terms and Conditions must be abided by, and are legally binding. HENTAIGALAXY reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason.

Rates : We will pay minimum 45% of every signup and minimum 45% of every rebill, for each approved signup. All payments are made in US dollars.
The pay period is from Sunday through Saturday. Checks are sent out the second Monday following the end of the pay period (arriving approximately nine days after the end of the pay period).

To link to HENTAIGALAXY, you may only use banners designed or approved with the program. Multiple banners may be downloaded from our site for promotion but you must serve the banners from your own server. Links coming from password distribution websites, warez websites, SPAMMING, and bulk E-mailing are not permitted and all accounts with HENTAIGALAXY Affiliate Program will be terminated and any amounts owed will be voided.

Representations and Warranties: You, as Website Operator, warrant and represent that you own or operate a lawful, and otherwise valid Internet Web site. You further represent that you have the requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations set forth herein and that you are an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age; that performance under this Agreement does not and will not constitute a breach of any existing contract or obligation undertaken by you; and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, decrees, rules or regulations which would preclude you from entering into this Agreement.

You shall indemnify CCBill™ and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns against any loss, damage, liability (including reasonable legal fees) which result from the use of any HENTAIGALAXY materials not expressly authorized by this Agreement.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability : CCBill™ makes no warranties, either express or implied, with regard to the performance of the link or the content of our Customer's Site(s) and HENTAIGALAXY expressly disclaims any warranties, including that of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

HENTAIGALAXY shall not be held liable to the site Operator or any other person or entity, including users of CCBill™ services, for any losses, injuries or damages of any kind, arising from or in connection with any mistakes, omissions, delays, errors, interruptions in the transmission or receipt of CCBill services or content.

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as to create a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and HENTAIGALAXY.

HENTAIGALAXY reserves the right to terminate this agreement and program at any time without notice.
